What Entyti does with the data you and your pharmacy put into the software, and how to get it deleted.

Entyti is shop management software for independent chemists and pharmacies in India. This policy covers the Entyti software and this website, entyti.in. If you use the software, "your data" means the records your shop enters into it.
What we collect
- Account information. The email address and shop details you give us when your shop account is created and when you sign in.
- Business data you enter. Your inventory, batches, purchases, sales, bills, customers and related records. This is your shop's operating data and it belongs to your shop.
- Camera images. Used only when you choose to photograph a medicine strip or a distributor bill. The image is sent to our extraction service to read the details on it, such as product name, batch, expiry, MRP and pack, and is not used for anything else.
- Microphone audio. Used only when you tap the mic to search by voice. Your speech is turned into text so the software can find a product. We do not record or keep audio for any other purpose.
- What you send us on this website. The answers you type into the demo form or the contact form, which reach us on WhatsApp or by email, and are used to arrange your demo and to reply to you.
What we do with it
We use your data only to run the features of the software: billing, inventory and batch tracking, purchases, GST figures, reports and profit calculations, and keeping your records available to you across your devices.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. The software carries no third party advertising code.
Where it is stored
Your account and your business data sit in our managed cloud database, provided by Supabase, under access controls that keep each shop's data private to that shop's own account. Data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Who else sees it
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the software, which today are the cloud database provider and the AI extraction service used for strip scanning, bill scanning and voice search, and only as far as those features need. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it, and how to get it deleted
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and the data with it at any time by emailing info@entyti.com. We will delete it within a reasonable period, and deletion is permanent, so export your products, stock and sales from the app before you ask for it.
Your rights
- Ask us what data we hold about you and your shop.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and your data.
- Ask us for an export of your shop's records.

Children
Entyti is for business use by shop owners and their staff. It is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we change something that matters, the "last updated" date at the top of this page changes with it.
