Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Entyti, the pharmacy software, and this website. "We" and "us" means Entyti. "You" means the pharmacy that holds the account, and anyone you let use it.

What you are subscribing to

Entyti Essential is the product that is available today. It is billed at Rs4,499 per quarter, plus Rs299 per month for maintenance, which covers hosting, updates, support and security. Prices exclude GST.

Growth and Enterprise are names for work that is on our roadmap. They are not products you can buy today, they have no price, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer to sell them.

What is included, and what is not yet

We describe the software by what it does today, not by what we hope it will do. Two things are worth stating here so there is no argument later:

• Offline billing is rolling out. Today the software needs an internet connection to save a bill.
• The Android app is installed directly, not from the Play Store. The software runs in any modern browser, on the counter PC, a tablet or a phone. The Android app is supplied by us as a file you install.

Paying, and stopping

• The subscription runs for a quarter at a time and renews for the next quarter unless you tell us to stop.
• Tell us before the quarter ends if you do not want it renewed. WhatsApp or email is fine, we do not need a form.
• If you stop mid quarter, the quarter you have already paid for runs to its end. We do not part refund a quarter that has started.
• Maintenance is charged monthly for as long as the subscription is active.
• If a payment stays unpaid we may suspend access. We will tell you before we do, and your data stays with us during a suspension.

Your data is yours

The records your shop enters stay yours. We hold them so the software can work. You can ask us for an export of your records, or for deletion of your account and its data, at any time: see the privacy policy.

If you leave, ask us for your export before you ask for deletion. Once deleted it is gone.

Your side of it

• Keep your login to yourself and give each member of staff their own.
• Only put data into Entyti that you are entitled to hold.
• You are responsible for what is on your bills. Check the figures, the tax and the legal details on your invoice format before you give a bill to a customer.
• Do not try to break into, copy or resell the software.

What we do not promise

We are a small team and we would rather be straight with you than write a promise we cannot keep.

• We do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure. We will tell you when something is down and we will fix it.
• We do not give tax, legal or accounting advice. Entyti produces GST figures and reports from what you enter. Your accountant remains your accountant.
• We are not liable for losses that follow from your own records being wrong, or from your internet or hardware failing.
• Except where the law says otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may change these terms, and we may change the price. If we change the price we will tell you before the quarter it applies to, so you can decide before you pay. Material changes to these terms show up here with a new "last updated" date.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at the end of any quarter. We can end the agreement if the fees go unpaid, or if the software is being misused, and we will give you the chance to put it right first, and an export of your data.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute under them.
